Depends on your needs honestly. Easy Affiliate felt more integrated with my existing setup and I liked their dashboard better. Both are solid, but EA just clicked for me. Maybe watch some demo videos for both?

paypal is definitely an option. I think they also do some other payment methods but paypal is the main one everyone uses.

Pro has a lot more features, like direct link tracking and tiers. basic is pretty, well, basic.

From what I remember, Basic is super stripped down. Pro gets you stuff like fraud detection and recurring commissions, which is kinda essential if you're serious. Check their site, they have a comparison table somewhere.
